Welcome to our frequently asked questions page. Hopefully you can find all the answers you need listed here. However, if not please do not hesitate to ask.

How to find our store?
We are based at North Shore, Blackpool, at Gynn Square. Landmarks to look out for are the large roundabout, the Gynn Pub and the large pay and display car park. You will see the Gynn Pub just off the roundabout. Our shop is across the road from the pub car park.

It may be easier to find Blackpool Tower, stand with the tower buildings on your right and the sea on your left. You will find the roundabout approximately 1 mile North of the Tower.

What happens if my footwear does not fit?
All our footwear is sent with an advice sheet and returns form. Simply fill it out and return it with the product. If you need to exchange it for a size up or down we DO NOT charge you again for the postage, it's FREE to all UK Mainland addresses. See terms and conditions for full and boring details.

How long will I have to wait for my order?
We try our best to keep everything in stock. We send out orders everyday apart from Saturday and Sunday. At the most you should be waiting no more than 3 working days for your order although this is no guarantee. If you need an order urgently it is best to place the order by phone to make sure stock is available.

How much is postage?
For all UK Mainland orders, Regalos have a £2.75 minimum shipping cost. Footwear is charged at £4.95 per pair. Winchester Rifles are charged at £10 each while all other guns are £4.50 each. Hats are charged at £3.50. For all other orders a quote will be sent before your order is charged. E.g. for orders outside the UK.

How do I order?
Enter the secure site by clicking on the store picture and using the Blue buttons to find your way around.
Add products to your Shopping Cart and where a size and colour is necessary use the drop down menus.
View your basket, or remove items at any time using the "Shopping Cart" button then, when ready, click the "Checkout" button and follow the instructions.
Clicking the "I'm Done" button sends the order to us.
You will NOT receive an automated email after placing the order. We believe in contacting you ourselves if any problems arise, not letting a computer do it.

Can I get a Refund?
Our returns form is also a refund form. Simply fill it out and return it with the goods. We process all refunds on the day the goods are received. We always refund you the cost price of the goods, not including the postage. See terms and conditions for full and boring details.

What are your Opening times?
We are open from 9.30am until 5.00pm Monday to Saturday. For your convenience we do not close for lunch.

What payment methods do you accept?
We take all major credit and debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, Electron, Switch / Maestro, Amex, etc. You can also choose "Invoice before delivery". In this case we send out an invoice and you can return it with a cheque, postal orders, cash etc. The quickest way is to enter you card details. Please note that if you have a debit card you will have to select "Credit card" as an option. Don't panic, It's still a Debit Card.

Do I have to order on your website?
No. Although we have processed 1000's of on-line orders so far some people still prefer to talk to a real person. We are here to take your orders by phone in normal shop hours. Also, if you can find the time, call into the store and say hello.

Replica Guns and the law
Gun Law The Anti-Social Behaviour Act 2003 Sec 37 amends Section 19 of The Firearms Act 1968, which deals with possessing certain firearms in a public place. A person commits an offence if, without lawful authority or reasonable excuse (the proof whereof lies on him) he has with him in a public place
(a) A loaded shotgun
(b) An air weapon (whether loaded or not)
(c) Any other firearm (whether loaded or not) together with ammunition suitable for use in that firearm
(d) An imitation firearm
The above took affect on the 20th January 2004 and is an arrest-able offence.
Replica Guns are incapable of firing any projectile and do not come within the Firearm Act nor do they require any licence to purchase, sell or own.
